Yesterday in the shower a thought came to my head, of how the way I am developing everything… from an outside point of view of what I thought was already the outside.
It all boils down to this: the result of the mental experiment is ends up being what you think the result is going to be, if you think it is going to make you miserable, your body gets itself ready to feel that way, and in the process of anticipating it, it is already doing it.
Is this how faith works? Is this why faith is addressed as a main element in enlightenment? Because it has this much power, that whatever it may aim for, it gets it done?
Let’s not forget that there is a third person property to this “faith” tool. If you believe that this third person has the power to act in ways that you do not know of, but this third person does… you would be able to do things with faith that are, technically speaking… and literally as far as personal judgment goes, out of your reach. You would be able to do what you can’t do, by the power of the Third Person.
But this is getting too definite…
I will only continue for the purpose of talking about how, this faith element… it doesn’t seem to be the essential element, as I thought “awareness” was. But, to keep awareness in its high status, I could say that awareness leads to the many enlightenments, one of them being that of the usage of faith as a tool to reach the end of a purpose.
And so these thoughts are yet again considered to be a waste of time as I make the effort to quiet my mind once again.
Shut up your gibberish Jimmy, you’re not saving the world with this, are you?
It’s useless, and no one cares, so keep the mouth of your mind shut!
