Sometimes we come accross problems into trying to convince
ourselves to do a certain thing or to act by a certain belief. For example, you must not eat cake, but you
are still tempted by it, you know you shouldnt because it is unhealthy, but you
still want it.
One must always remember that for everything and anything,
there is always a way, you may not know it, it may be unthinkable, but Life is
Life, it carries within it, Infinity and Unknown, and where these are, crazy,
unthinkable stuff happens.
And so when problems arise, the procedures still apply:
Ask: why, how, and what if
Example:
I cant seem to remember to live by any of this, I have this
all in my head but as soon as I carry on with my life, I am just me, and I
forget to keep these things in mind.
Why: does this happen? Because I forget
How do I make it so that I dont forget? Use Reminder
What if: I forget to set a reminder? Then set it before you
forget... NOW!
What if: the reminder is not good enough? You will need a
big reminder,
