In trying to figure out a way to accomplish gettiing all I
want, I think about the many things I have todo and the time that I dont have,
to do it. But then I think, I can walk
while I eat, how much time does that save?
It must be in the back of my mind, to accomplish these things, it must
become a life style. Like when one
writes and essay, sometimes its better to go out and think before sitting down
and not knowing what to do for 10 hours.
What does attack when you do this, is distractions, but thesse are a
danger anywhere, but they give the impression to be less common in your empty
room. The point is, that things dont
have to be done one thing at a time, and anything is possible.
Also you want to do things that are good for your body,
since your body is what the vessel with which you interact with the physical
world, and where your conscious seems to be seated. There are certain things that are good for
your body and these you must do.
